Now (23 March 06) that my Tribute Fund has been GOOGLEd, I have no choice but to publicise the fact and encourage you all to contribute! Just as valuable to me personally, however, are any words of encouragement, shared memories, you feel able to offer. Even just "thinking of you" means a lot.
